- Log in as an enterprise manager.
- Click Create Account or click Activate next to a non-activated account.
- If there are no accounts available you may delete old accounts or reach out to your Web Representative for options.Every domain should have at least 10 accounts available. Please let Tech Support know if you have less than 10 locked and active accounts and cannot add more.

- Fill in the following fields.
- This should always be in lowercase letters and does not include the domain. The username in an email will be everything before the @ sign.
- The initial username cannot contain special characters such as periods. You will have to create the initial account with an underscore, like first_last and then add an alias to the account with a period in it after creating the account.
- Password: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include one number, one uppercase, and one lowercase character.
- First Name: This may be Sales, Service, Info, etc.
- Last Name: If no last name is provided, put a period here.
- Phone: This is a required field. use the dealership phone if no specific phone is available.
- Click Next.
- On the next page, leave all settings as is click Finish confirming creation.
- Go back to the accounts list, find the account you just created and click on it.
- Check the generated email address for the account. If it does not match your intended address, you will need to alias the account.All addresses with a period "." (for example firstname.lastname@example.org) will need an alias since BlueTie Hosted Email usernames do not allow this character.
